The TimeLinx weekly timesheet view permits time entry in a spreadsheet fashion for an entire week right down to the specific Tasks performed. The system includes a manager selection interface for each user, project security controls, and a workflow system for project manager and manager approvals. Simply choose the Account, Project and Task, and enter time and comments for an entire week. You're done! - Flexible Contracts and Billing Modes
Addendums and change order contracts are tracked. Projects can be set to price and track costs based on five different pricing methods. A secure attendance module shows work performance for any date range, and utilization and realization analysis for each consultant. Service records can be linked to any project, or even without a project for on-the-fly customer requests or pre-sales situations. The total amount of time expended for a project is continuously updated on screen so that users and management are alerted about overages in real time. Our exclusive TimeLight™ traffic signal system changes colors automatically to indicate that work is under, nearing or over the contracted time. What types of work are the most profitable for your company? Using tasks on a project enables users to segment their time according to the type of work performed, and TimeLinx tracks it all. The TimeLinx AIP module creates a "staging" area for TimeLinx data that needs to be invoiced. This staging area is a set of tables and views designed to set data up for review and connection to supported accounting systems. Accounting system Connectors are being built to integrate to commercial accounting applications.
Features may vary on various Connectors. All of the Connectors create customer Accounts automatically, and invoice labor and expenses, pass the cost of the work into the accounting system, and pass various information back to TimeLinx such as invoice numbers, dates, amounts, expense information (including reimbursement checks for staff) and more so the data is available to the staff working on the Project.
The AIP includes a review area to allow approvals and editing of data to be invoiced prior to performing the actual synchronization. Additional tabs are also added to the TimeLinx Project Main View to view invoice and payment information inside the TimeLinx Project records. - TimeLinx Reporter
TimeLinx Reporter is the easy-to-use report writer for TimeLinx and SalesLogix (that's right, you can use this for SalesLogix-only reports, too!).
