We start with a discussion of the business, then review the setup of Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200 or Sage MAS 500 . We meet with the users to answer questions and help them find ways of extracting the information they need.

We provide on-site and web training and support, as well as telephone support. We help resolve error messages, train new users, establish procedures, reconcile the subsidiary modules to the GL, prepare the year end schedules required by accountants, create custom reports to provide the info needed by banks, assist in formatting custom financial statements, and much more.

Our employees have received and maintain many certifications, Sage Certified Consultant, Sage Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer to name a few.

We have extensive experience with custom reports using Crystal Reports and FRx, both of which are included with Sage MAS 90.

We support all Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200 or Sage MAS 500 modules, as well as, Crystal Reports, Microsoft FRx Desktop, KnowledgeSync and more.

We excel in providing support based on our long term relationship with clients. We establish that relationship with a combination of onsite and phone support. If you don't expect to need any onsite support, we suggest you contact Sage Software and take advantage of their telephone support service.

We're located in Southern California but only 40% of our clients are located with a 1 hour drive from our office. We have clients located in every state and quite a few countries other than the United States.

What are your fees?

We generally bill by the hour, with a 2-hour onsite minimum. We charge for ½ travel time. We require a retainer from new clients. Please call to discuss rates.

How long have you been in business?

We have been actively involved since 1995, but most of our staff have been using Sage Software products, and many others, for more than 20 years.

Do you provide remote support?

We provide remote support to current clients on our prepaid support program using a remote control screen sharing tool.

Do you offer classroom training?

We provide training tailored to your specific needs, and develop procedures and processes specific to your organization. We provide custom onsite training, usually for one or two users at a time. We are happy to provide custom onsite classroom training when required. We can recommend several good Authorized Training Centers for standardized Sage MAS 90 training. However, we find onsite training using your own data, systems and processes to be more effective. Training happens at all stages of the conversion the initial discussions, during the software installation, while customizing forms and of course during the data entry. It continues as long as you use the software.
