IncorTech Participates in Semiannual Leadership Retreat
Attendance at the Sage Leadership Academy Alumni Association Retreat enhances commitment to continued learning at IncorTech.
Fontana, CA - 09/20/2006 - IncorTech, a leading consulting and professional services firm specializing in mid-market business management software, attended the
semiannual Sage Leadership Academy Alumni Association Retreat in Dallas, September 15-16.
The two-day event kicked off with a keynote from leadership expert, Rand Stagen, senior partner at Stagen, www.stagen.com.
His topic, Next-Level Leadership, provided practical information on how to increase the potential of individuals and teams using written reflection. Jim Foster, Sage Software’s
executive vice president of Sage’s mid-market division, spoke on Sage’s long-term product strategy. The group had an in-depth question and answer session with Foster
following his presentation. The afternoon featured the results of a compensation survey and wrapped up with an interactive presentation on strategic planning. Both sessions were
presented by Sage’s director of partner development, Ed Kless.
On Saturday, the group was honored to have author and world-renowned expert Mahan Khalsa present a full-day workshop entitled Helping Clients Succeed. The interactive,
hands-on, practical workshop focused on understanding the needs of a client and how we can help create value within our client relationships. Through exercises, lecture
and anecdotal stories, Khalsa inspired attendees to continually impact their client’s ability to succeed.
